Wonderful staff and location
The hotel is conveniently located near all the major sites and public transportation. We really loved our stay there especially because of the helpful, friendly and kindhearted staff. They also offer airport transfers which made it really easy to get there and back to airport. Definitely recommend for a comfortable and great stay!

The staff in the lobby were very friendly and service-minded, always helpful with recommendations and arranging taxis and restaurant reservations. The hotel was also super fresh and well-maintained. The included breakfast was excellent, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Istanbul. Its location is very close to most of the major attractions.
