Dirty rooms, air conditionning out of service in the room, bad smell, beds are not comfortable at all. Roller shutter was broken in our room, the sink was clogged and smelly. Pool is not heated. Very disappointing, not worth the price. Very noisy.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful 4 night stay in the main building (kids ages 10,12,14). It’s a converted very old Villa that has been nicely renovated and the room sizes were generous; it was so charming! We really appreciated the pool after hot afternoons walking in the crowded city and museums. The neighborhood is just outside the Boboli Garden two blocks from the Roman Gate but felt like we were staying miles away from the busy, crowded city streets. All you see and hear around the Villa are trees and the sounds of the birds, with almost no traffic noise at all. The hotel wasn’t crowded, and breakfast had a nice variety and the most delicious fresh croissants! The staff was very attentive and friendly. It’s a 4 star hotel but I’ll give it five stars for charm, location, amenities and service!

It is a wonderful property, beautiful location of Florence. Hotel is in great condition, location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions. We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person. If we go back to Florence, we are hundred percent sure that we will stay there again. Highly recommended place to stay.

This was a very relaxing place to be for the first few days of my trip. It’s the perfect mix of Tuscan country and faster pace of downtown Florence. The staff were really helpful and friendly, it has its own free parking which is a great benefit and is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. However the part of the property we stayed in is a bit run-down and could use some updating. It worked for us (a family of 3) for the one night and I think would have worked for my spouse and I when we were fresh out of college.

Nice Hotel

We stayed 3 nights here as part of a long trip. This is a lovely hotel in a quiet part of the city but within easy walking distance to Boboli Gardens, Pitti Palace etc. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The small carpark is a bit tight but definitely a plus as we were on a driving tour, although there is on street parking right outside which costs €2 per hour (free on Sundays) Our room was comfortable and had a small terrace which was a nice space to sit and relax Breakfast was nice, fairly simple, everything was fresh and the breakfast room overlooking the pool was nice too. We didn't use the pool but it was a good addition to the facilities and was really clean and well maintained.

It is located in historic neighbourhood se rounded by a lot of mature trees, that protects you from the severe temperatures in the month of July. The buildings are unique and very European. The hotel has a smaller pool that is a welcome thing during the extreme heat. The staff makes your stay very pleasant, always ready to help or assist with any questions. Both Letecya and Angela are very professional , kind and speak good English. The only downfall was that the hotel only has the one iron and the iron board. I find it very strange as the people like us flying from overseas and has their clothes all wrinkled, the staff had to search around to find the only one iron in someone room, gave it to us and had to take it back soon. For someone it means nothing to tour the city looking careless, for us it was not expectable
