The hotel itself is great. It is in a great location right across from Dam square. The bed is very comfortable. The room was spacious. Bathroom is spacious and has a great tub/shower. The only complaint I have is that there is no parking as advertised on the site. We had to park in a car park across and down the street and pay $120 for 2 nights. Also there is only a couple of channels (bbc) available in English and no way to hook up to Netflix or any other streaming services so we did not get to relax and watch any tv. Otherwise I would recommend anyone to stay here.

They kindly moved us from a room with no view to 315 with a superb view of the Dam. The staff were all very genuine and friendly. With the perfect location we’ll be back. Felt very much at home there.

This was my first time with the Swiss Hotel group anywhere in the world. The hotel in Amsterdam was great with friendly staff and very good rooms. The hotel is walkable to many sites such as the Ann Frank House. Overall, the staff made it very easy to enjoy the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
