I selected the place because of the location. Excellent location to access the rest of Washington, DC. Comfortable room with new equipment. The coffee and tea facility was good. Restaurant offers nice breakfast with extra charge. I used the gym, which was also well equipped and kept. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the noise of the AC in the room. AC was noisy. Overall I would prefer the place again with the caution related to AC noise
