The hotel is excellent - great location, great views to the famous Rixos Marina Hotel, clean, super comfortable...the breakfast was also roch in variety and tasty. Beach is nice and there are a lot of activities for guests. What was adding an extra touch is that personnel seemed genuinely happy and cheerful - it was a true pleasure to interact with all of them.

This 5* hotel is old and renovated long time ago. The floor in the room was dirty, electric sockets damaged, breakfast restaurant too crowded, not enough coffee machines to serve the guests. If not the awesome beach/pool area West Bay, I would rate is as poor.

Helpful staff, good housekeeping. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like were some of the clientele - they were rude and disrespectful to us and to staff. There was no particular incident but many jumped the queue for food and rarely thanked staff.
