Very satisfying stay!

This was a great stay. Staff were very friendly, fast check-in, room/bathroom comfortable and clean, dining area and hot buffet breakfast were wonderful. The hotel is in a very convenient area and close proximity to retail shopping, stores and restaurants. It was appreciated the building is well secured for guests. We will definitely return back to stay again!

Comfortable and clean

This Holiday Inn was conveniently located and easy to get to. The fellow at the front desk, Cesar, was extremely pleasant and professional and accommodating. The beds were out-of-this-world comfortable, the room was quiet, HVAC functioned well, everything nice and clean. My only criticism of the room was that the furniture was getting a little shabby and would be a good candidate for an upgrade. On a side note, there was a heavy growth of poison ivy near the parking lot, but it's unclear if it's on the hotel's property or the neighbor's.

When we entered the room, there was a foul smell. I requested to switch rooms, but the problem persisted. We ultimately had to look for another hotel due to the odor. Fortunately, the staff member refunded our stay. Additionally, I was surprised to find out about a $100 deposit that I hadn't been informed of prior to our arrival. Overall, it was a frustrating and inconvenient experience.
