Located in the Beautiful Sparks Marina this water front home is consisting of a large living room with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with breathtaking views of the Marina from every angle. There are five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen has full amenities.
The exterior features unobstructed views of the Sparks Marina from the stained concrete patio surrounded by glass fencing for those Beautiful Nevada Mornings and Evenings.
If you want to have some fun out on the water and in the great outdoors, head over to the Sparks Marina Park. Whether you want to simply relax on one of the many beaches that overlook the lake, or have some fun on the water, this is a great place to go for any age.
