Exceptional hotel that feels newly renovated. Outstanding service and attention to detail. A special mention for Jayanti who cared for our floor and was super prompt with bringing anything that we needed. This hotel is very close to US Consulate which makes it a good destination for those who arrive here for visa stamping interview. Lots of options for food in their cafeteria due to buffet style.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is the buffet food when you’ve booked with breakfast or half board. This is breakfast and lunch or dinner. Options are limited, mainly veg/ Asian and not a lot of intercontinental choices, as per the marketing. Though they do cater for a la cart.
