    The most horrible 5 star I have ever stayed at.

    This was my first stay with ITC, and I will make sure that this would be my last. From the moment we reached there, it was painfully clear that this company does not take customer experience seriously. 1. Despite prior information about exact check in time, they made us wait 1.5 hours to get the room. Apprently “cleaning” was goingon for that long 2. The room was dusty it triggered my allergies and continued to sneeze for my 2 day stay there 3. The staff in parking was extremely rude and pestered us to park the car a certain way, depaite being well within the parling spot. Apprently it is hotel policy to park the car such that it faces “front”. And their idea to ensure this insane policy is not by offering to do it themselves, bit by harassing paying guests to do so themselves 3. Afte this episode we went to the front desk to seek an explanation and intervene to get some help, the represntativesaid “Sir, I cant argue with a guard, please ignore.” 4. There was no checking and no scanning of my bags while going in and out of the property. The hotel staff was busy running multi -100 people wedding events and was too busy to takw basic safety precautions 5. Breakfast buffet was served not in a restaurant but in a banquet hall with 250 people roaming anout without a mask and completely clueless staff. 6. Food was terrible cold and stale even when we ordered room servic At this point I have no idea why they are rated as 5 star. Terrible terrible experience.

    Excellent Stay

    Excellent hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help with things. Food options were very good at the restaurants. We stayed at one of the apartments and it was spacious and functional. I highly recommend this hotel
