The hotel was exactly as advertised and the staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were serviced fully everyday and no detail was overlooked. From check-in to check-out the whole experience was great. Friendly staff, beautiful room with terrace with daily cleaning, complementary water, juices, coffee and pastries, with local snack/biscuits on arrival. Pool was as advertised, very small and not heated, but a welcome dip after a hot day exploring the city. Rooftop bar was great, and same location for breakfast. Very convenient location for short walk to main tourist area for cathedral, Real Alcazar etc, but also convenient to cross the river to Triana area. Really enjoyed our stay.
