Bob Hall Pier is one of the most iconic spots in Corpus Christi and it’s known as one of the best fishing piers on the Gulf of Mexico. While there's plenty to do here during the day, it's also a great place to visit after dark thanks to the incredible fishing opportunities for tarpon as well as kingfish.
The pier itself is notably long, measuring a total of 1240 ft, so you can enjoy access to fish species that don't normally drift outside of the deep waters. All of the equipment you need is available at the pier, including rentals if you decide to fish last minute.

Selena Memorial Statue, otherwise known as Mirador de la Flor or simply the statue of Selena, is a famous monument in Corpus Christi. The bronze statue on Shoreline Boulevard, just before Arad Park, is dedicated to the eponymous Tejano singer who passed away in 1995 at the age of 23.
This lifesize bronze statue depicts the signature stylish jacket the famous singer wore with intricate attention to detail as she looks towards the water. You'll find an array of mosaic tiles around the statue adorned with white roses, which were Selena's favourite.
