My stay at Whala was pleasant. The location was perfect for me as my primary reason for this trip involved the hospital around the corner in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was decent ,the only complain I have was the cleanliness of my room which could be improved. Overall, I would return.

I’ve been to Punta Cana plenty of times and this place was great for the proce. The staff kept our room and the pool areas clean. They had breakfast on site ($10 per person/day). We didnt get the breakfast but they had many options. We did get their drinks which was a reasonable price. Overall safe, secure, helpful staff. Thank you for having us.

After having been in the nicest parts of Pints Cans and Santo Domingo, I needed a one night stay at a hotel. The Whala, the worse option. The room was very dilapidated and the front desk was impolite and deceitful Place was outdated, dirty and noisy.
