Decent place
Nice place to stay. The price was good, which made uk for the slightly out of town location. However, only 5 mins walk from Dampoort station. Room was an adequate size, big enough for 1 person and was clean.

Budget price great hotel
Great budget hotel just outside main city centre perfect ideal fir seeing the sights and a stone throw from train station. Rooms are small but are well maintained comfortable and clean great for price point. Checkin was simple easy and hassle free only feedback that i could give was you should be able to prebook parking with a code the street outside is full and costs so need to either have pre booking or place to temp park while you get access to carpark. Other than that small issue the hotel was ideal for the money and staff were spot on .

Very basic room(s) and if not in a wheel chair accessible room your queen size bed is "one sided", with a single heavy duty duvet. No actual heating other than air conditioning and a totally unheated "wet room" with no shower curtain. Cannot open a window for fresh air (even on first floor). No shelves, just a few wall mounted hooks to hang clothes on cheap plastic (children size) hangers. Lobby totally full of teenagers (and actually exterior advertising inviting them in). This is not a serious hotel for adults and far from "budget". Parking charge €18 for a night. However staff service minded and breakfast better than expected, although limited choice.

Good experience
We enjoyed our stay here, the lobby and main area is modern and comfortable and has entertainment (fusball and table tennis)
The budget room was slightly underwhelming and basic but the beds were comfortable and the shower good
Staff were friendly and helpful
The area was a bit of a walk to the city with not many interesting places to stop along the way so would recommend taking a bus straight to the city

Great service
The hotel is located about ten minutes away from Gent Dampoort train station. The facility is modern and squeaky clean. Although the hotel is close to a business park and a busy roundabout, you barely hear any noise from your room. Moreover, the presence of rental bikes helped me given that public transit in Gent is disappointing. For ten Euros a day (plus a fifty Euros safety deposit), I managed to visit all of Gent's major attractions with a rental bike from the hotel thanks to Gent's bike infrastructures.

Excellent contemporary hotel, close to local train station and bordering a scenic canal which can be accessed by courtyard from the communal area.
