Perfect Location & Comfortable Accommodations!
The Greenbriar (aka 315) was the perfect place for me to stay while on a business trip in Coeur d'Alene. Incredibly convenient location, lovely room with all the comforts, a friendly and helpful staff and an amazing on-site gourmet restaurant to boot!

I would highly recommend that you do not choose a room at the rear of the hotel, particularly #3, The Madam's Room. On arrival at 3pm, it was pleasant enough, though cozy. But I was puzzled by the ear plugs on the bedside table, since it was a quiet neighborhood. At 4pm the kitchen opened for the restaurant on the ground floor, and a ventilation unit, situated on the roof outside the window of #3 went on, and didn't go off till after 10:20pm. It was horrendous - like having a jet engine outside your room. I don't know how the owners have the audacity to rent this room, and others like it in the rear. I would never choose this hotel to stay in again. The restaurant, however, is very good.

Great combination: comfortable, clean hotel room and a restaurant serving outstanding food. All under one well maintained roof. And a full bar, too. An outstanding experience.

Great rustic old house turned to an Inn… beautiful building and setting, and a short walk to restaurants and waterfront. Self serve checkin was easy, but too bad the restaurant at the inn wasn’t open so we could have used our $50 coupon / gift card.

The room was very nice and spacious. They had a community breakfast offering in the hallway outside the room that included yogurt and granola. It was classy, with bedside chocolate mints left in the room. Very nice. For the area it was a good value for the price.

Very lovely b &b and extremely convenient to go into the center of town without driving which was a plus with the Fourth of July weekend. Dining at 315 was fantastic and very enjoyable on the patio. Parking is on the street which is fine except during holidays, where because of proximity to downtown park area gets a lot of cross traffic and parking gets a bit scarce.

Was located on a residential street. One thing to improve upon is to let you know where the key to your room is located in the email. Entered the building and didn’t know where room key was located. However the fine staff was there to assist me. Restaurant staff were very friendly and engaging. Food was very good and tasty. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quaint place to stay and eat.

This place is awesome. It’s older so know that but it’s perfect, it’s aged like fine wine. Thin walls but they give you ear plugs which I didn’t even need Cute restaurant down stairs too and 3 minute walk downtown. Second time coming here, be back again !

No one to greet you at check in. Very old, smelly. Furnitures look like it was bought in an antique store and not renovated. Overall, terrible setting for an in. Not sure about breakfast but so for a few items have been piled up in the hallway.
