    Liked the cleanliness but very bad location. Very loud area, big problem with homelessness and got the luck of the straw with construction it seemed . Also parking was very limited . On my last night I had to park on their perimeter parking spots , which terrified my wife and honestly me because of the chance of getting our car broken into. Staff was friendly and morning breakfast provided .

    The hotel is adequate for your stay, the room is freshly painted, new carpeting and pleasantly large. The front desk staff is polite and professional with the exception Of the night manager who is seemingly quite catty, sarcastic, and unprofessional. If you are visiting the city for the extensive nightlife I would recommend staying at a different hotel as the hotels in and out policy begins at 9 PM and runs until 7 AM during which time do you have to ask permission and be let out of the locked gate to nearly walk in an hour out of the property. Yes, the gate has you locked in and you have to ask permission to exit the property. Forget having a late night guest As there will be no getting your girl passed Fort Knox gate. That aside the hotels OK, the deposits a little too high, like way too high, but again it’s an OK hotel.

    Motion sensor light in bathroom turned off every 10 seconds and was not able to be disabled or kept on. The hotel was still under construction, so there were some areas that were not clean. We chose to skip housekeeping the first day to be environmentally conscious. Then the next 2 days we requested housekeeping as we were low on toilet paper, however, we only got a set of towels. No trash, making the bed, or refill of toilet paper was provided.
