This boutique hotel is wonderful! Truly a special place. The attention spent on the decor and history was amazing. The restaurant offers a variety of local and fresh dishes (and a great drink menu). Everything was delicious. So glad we read all the positive reviews and were able to stay. Exquisite with character! I cannot praise and recommend this boutique hotel enough!!! It exudes historical charm while including history and culture of the area. The gardens are sensational. Room themes are enlivened with clever and creative repurposed articles on the theme. The food is amazing, delicious and beautiful in presentation and also representing some local favorites. The dining deck is lovely with glassed in views over the city and water. The staff are all charming and helpful and professional. We had six adult family members all delighted and all wished we could stay a week or more. Best ever!

Nice place to stay
Great hotel with very friendly staff. Good location in the city and excellent restaurant. Only complaint is that although they offer what looks to be a nice breakfast there is no ability to get anything reasonable to take away if you have an early morning excursion. All said, it is a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I go back to Punta Arenas

Fantastically friendly staff
Cute and quirky hotel that is well located in Punta Arenas. We had a room with a balcony that looked out to the strait. The well regarded on-site restaurant served great food with breakfast being ordered the night prior. What makes this hotel really stand out is the outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their English is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, helping arrange transfers to and from the airport and giving us ideas on what to do in the time outside of our tours. Highly recommend this hotel.

If I could give more than 5 stars to this hotel I would! It’s so cozy and full of little details. The horses theme is amazing! The restaurant is really good and the best part, the service! The staff is very helpful and nice. Picking this hotel was part of an amazing stay in the Chilean Patagonia. We don’t want to leave.
