Location was great. A/c had a hard time keeping up and they had to come in twice to fix it. Breakfast staff never smiled and food was ok.Hotel was kinda grunchy.

The property is in a good spot if you don,t want it too noisy .. Only 10 or 12 minutes walk from Tonsai pier . Slightly disappointing that the hotel didn,t meet us at the pier as promised, but that may be a communication problem , and it was not a bad walk . The only real bad point was that the pool was very highly chlorinated . I would say to a dangerous level . We went in the sea instead which was lovely . breakfast was fine , the aircon was reasonable and all in all not a bad place for the money . Lovely Island and well worth a visit . If you take a boat trip , please try and take a local long tail boat, they are much better and you are helping maintain a tradition .

Nice hotel few steps away from Phi Phi party
Overall the place was nice with only a few things a little uncomfortable for us. Bed wasn’t to our liking. Bathroom was tight and small. The hotel staff was great and friendly. Pool and the beach were great. We would stay here again

The location of the property is perfect if you are looking for a quiet location that is away from the crowds. The pool was fantastic, and was a nice refreshing (but not too cold) temperature. Lots of chairs and umbrellas around the pool to relax. The staff were super helpful and willing to assist with any request you may have. Our room however was extremely disappointing. There was a strong musty odor and the room conditions were poor (mold around air conditioning unit, shower leaked into the room, torn wallpaper, balcony door difficult to open). Fortunately we had beautiful weather during our stay so we were able to spend most of our time outdoors.

Amazing beachfront location
The best thing about the hotel was definitely the location. If you want to be in a quieter part of Phi Phi away from the nightly crazy loud parties by the hostels and hoards of day trippers walking past you trying to sunbathe, then this is the place for you! The beach is right in front and you get a discount on kayaks being a guest of the hotel. Highly recommend getting a private longtail boat for a sunset tour - you can take your own beers and snorkel/swim in the bays with your own driver leading the way. Definitely worthwhile and was a favourite part of our trip! Only downsides were breakfast could’ve been better and the rooms were quite dark (but clean/comfortable).

Lovely location
Great location in the quieter area of Tonsai pier, with just an enjoyable stroll to the centre of activity about 10/15 minutes away. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Room was fine and pool/private beach area beautiful.
