Ok for short trip
Customer service was excellent. Hotel a little outdated and floor carpet seemed dirty. Bed was pretty comfy and pretty comfortable. Appreciated the amenities in the room. Was an ok hotel for 2 day stay restaurant food was not very tasteful at all . I would rate the hotel restaurant a 2.

Property is okay. The rooms need some major updates specially in the bathrooms. The sink faucet leaked and the bathtub was terrible. The window in the room was stuck open and could not close. All the repairs that the room has had were terribly patched or fixed so you will notice all of the cosmetic work.

The service wasn’t great, I had to ask for a bedding change twice because no one came up the first time. The sheets smelled like if they weren’t changed after the last guests. I asked for extra towels twice because no one came up the first time I asked at the front desk. The room itself didn’t feel very clean, the carpet was so old and dirty. The restroom was also dirty. I will not be staying here ever again, however I will be going to Mexico City again and very soon!

The hotel needs to be updated. It is stuck in 1990. The drains in the bathtub didn’t work and the water pooled. The mattresses were horrible and hard. They hurt my back. The outlets all showed cables and are clearly not up to code. The carpet in my room was constantly wet and I don’t know where the leak came from. The staff was polite and helpful but I would never come back here ever.

Can't workout in the morning & poor records
They lost our bookings and we had to prove that we had made them. Then they said since we didn't pay in advance they didn't have any rooms for us. I showed them that I chose to pay a deposit and then the rest at the hotel but they never processed the deposit. The gym didn't open until 9am which is completely worthless.
