Inside, the hotel was adequate; however, there were individuals drinking beer in the lot and acting strangely. I don't know if they were guests or employees, but it made me very uncomfortable. The pool was closed as well.

The night check in clerk was not very nice. I had an issue with the pet pricing and they were matter of fact at they couldn’t do a thing about it. Hotels.com took care of it and told the to change there information on your site. When I acquired about the back door not working with the key his response was something it works sometimes it doesn’t. RUDE the clerk in the morning at least explained that the part was ordered and it would be taken care of ASAP. The night clerk needs a course in customer service. I did not feel very safe there.

I won't stay at this hotel again. Couldn't connect to wifi, no towel racks in bathroom. The hotel just felt old and is in need of renovations.

We were traveling with the largest size U-Haul truck and pulling a car behind with a tow dolly. We picked this hotel because on the website it stated there was bus parking. When we pulled in… We drove into the back of the hotel looking for the bus parking and got cornered in a small parking lot with no way to turn around and get back out due to the size of the U-Haul with the car on the back. We ended up having to take the car off of the tow dolly and get both vehicles turned around to get out… And then had to put the car back on the tow dolly. So we spent an hour parking before we could even go check into the hotel. Very disappointed that this information was listed on the website but did not actually have designated bus or trailer parking and the inconvenience that it caused us 👎 😠

Old Carpet Smell But Decent Sleep

Friendly staff and fast checkin. Great that they welcome pets but the room was carpeted…looked like original carpet. It retained the smell of the previous pet guests who either had accidents or didn’t have the manners to wait until they got outside to do their business. Or maybe the smell was just that the carpet is old. There was a wet wash cloth in the tub left by the cleaning staff, along with three (3) used soap bars in the shower. The bed was clean but you could tell the sheets were worn. Pet hair in the sofa fabric. Even with all of that, I had a decent night’s sleep.

Ok safe place to stop over

This hotel is safe and clean place to stop on a trip with a reasonable breakfast. The staff are nice and helpful. The lift was out when we stayed so not pleased to carry cases up stairs but they did find a second floor room to replace our third floor one.
