Room was clean, no sqishy on the floor as i read the reviews so there was no dampness or musky smell in our room nice view of the marina. The only problem i had was the air conditioner i could not figure how to set it i called front desk someone was sent up and it was resolve quickly. Customer service was excellent.

BEWARE of this hotel!!
SCAM!! Please Beware of this hotel. We paid extra for late checkout and asked for 3pm checkout while booking. The reason being its a nap time for my 3 year old. Then at 2pm while my son is sleeping we get calls from fromt desk manager asking us to leave the room and threatening us to charge for another night. When we said this was all discussed with their staff member at the time of booking manager says that it was perhaps mistake from her staff but she refused to cooperate. We had no other choice then to vacate the room even after paying extra for late checkout. Also their house keeping guy just came inside the room without knocking. This was just unbelievable and pure pathetic behaviour. The folks talks to you in a way that they come from a run down place. Never ever staying here again.

They had a balcony, but it was locked. Couldn’t hardly see thru the glass door, due to salty residual. What good is a balcony if ya can’t use it? Other than that , it was GR8! The beds were AMAZING!! The front street of the hotel is used as a racetrack and the cops don’t stop it. Loud and noisy all nite!

My Last Time Staying Here
I was there on a Sunday for Monday morning meetings. There was some kind of street racing going on outside the hotel along Shoreline until 1am. In the morning, I realized there was a large, 1” gap where the glass on the sliding door was attached from the frame explaining why it sounded like the noises were in my room and why it got warm in my room over night. My room was clean, but the toilet paper had not been replaced so there was barely any left on the roll when I got there and a new roll had not been left behind. The several times I have been here, check in at the front desk takes way to long. There is usually only one person and a line of people waiting. The bathrooms are very small. On the positive side, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the location is convenient.
