Great resort but beware stairs!
Stayed here for 5 days in December. Pools and beach are excellent. Lots of food and drink options 24/7 and great service all around. Staff are very friendly. Travelers should keep in mind that the villas do NOT have elevators (must walk stairs to get to rooms). Also they play music loud until midnight at the main theater which may be disturbing if your room is nearby. Overall very enjoyable experience with a family and young kids.

The hotel has a good physical area. In general, the staff are polite, but at the Krystal Restaurant they were not at all helpful and seemed uninterested, especially the one at the reception. In addition, the food was cold and raw. Another criticism is the drinks served at the pool bars. They put a lot of ice in the drinks, so you end up drinking more ice than the drink.

Our stay was beautiful thanks Only minor issues our room was quite far from the beach and restaurants ( since I had problem walking due to the pain in my knee) The staff was great.The receptionist sends us way too far on the 3rd floor with our luggage (by stairs) and then they realized that was not the right room for us. But we managed any how. The resort is lovely, we enjoyed it. Thanks we look forward to visit there again and again 😀

They rush the renovations our room didn't have a phone for the first six days one elevator was broken for three days without fixing and the day we were leaving on September 11 the second elevator broke so we have to carry our luggage down the stairs though the restaurants were good the buffet is average
