21C is a present to yourself for a stay anytime!
21C amazing as always!! l look for a 21C first anytime l travel for an overnight stay l don't feel like l'm in a hotel for the night, but instead feel transported to an experience that brings beauty and comfort to my stay with their attention to details and onsite art gallery; and provides delicious and satisfying cocktails and food with their amazing lounges and restaurants. Rooms are roomy, stylishly decorated, comfortable and have ample amenities. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Shout out to St Louis 21C for my new annual Christmas overnight travel tradition and present to myself as l drive from Columbus OH to Ft Smith AR! Thank you for always making it the best! Bring a 21C to Columbus!

Loved the Art. Loved the pool.
Always wanted to stay at a 21C and this was my opportunity. Think Manhattan hotel in Downtown St. Louis though The hotel was renovated from an older building, so the King room we had was very small. No room for two people to sit, so we spent lots of time hanging in the lobby. The ambiance was great. Loved all the art!!! The bar staff was fun but it was very noisy. Not a fan of the restaurant. The big draw back was parking. This area is not the safest and secure parking was an extra $45/night. That was not disclosed in the booking( again with the resemblance to Manahattan) Also not a great area to walk around in at night looking for food or entertainment. They had the BEST hotel swimming pool and hot tub. This is a pool to actually work out in. Also, saunas, great gym and spa, though I did not have time to book an appointment.

Cleanliness :(
The workers were so very nice. But the cleanliness of the hotel, that's a museum?? Horrible... our room was so dusty. Cob webs in the windows, random hair on the dressers.. the bed hasn't comfy. The pillows we horrible.. they look nice and fluffy till you lay on them and then doesn't even feel like it's there. There weren't any trash bags in any of the trash cans. The service was great again. But the actual hotem it's self was not what I was expecting at all..

Loved it!
Wonderful stay. We extended our stay for an extra night of relaxation. Loved all the amenities, the giant hot tub and pool, the steam and sauna rooms. The bath robe provided in the room was so nice and cozy. Loved the food and beverages at the restaurant downstairs. Would absolutely return.
