Stay was meh. I was a guest and felt like I kept getting stopped for so many arbitrary rules. For instance, grabbed coffee and tried to walk to the pool. I was rudely stopped and told I couldn’t bring coffee to the pool. I felt like the hotel went out of its way to be less accommodative to guests as a catch all to prevent outside people coming in. The location does not lend itself to randoms coming to use the facilities. Treat your guests like guests.

Can be better
The staff provided excellent service, from valet to front desk to housekeeping. However, I felt that the rooms resembled a motel rather than a luxury hotel. The furniture was worn and dirty, and there were stains on the carpets, sofa, and bed cover. It would be beneficial for the management to inspect the rooms regularly to ensure that they maintain acceptable standards. While I appreciate the service provided, I have concerns that may prevent me from choosing to stay there again.

Location, views, vibes are what you come here for. But the overall property could use a little renovation to keep up with modern times. Double bed suite was spacious but small details make it lil hard to give it a full 5 star rating. Rooms were clean but just wish a slight renovation could be done to make the stay top tier.
