Underwhelmed and not what it used to be.
Check in took over 45 minutes which was insane, as the line actually wasnt that long. Additionally, I booked 6 rooms, but they wouldn't let me check into all of the rooms, even though I showed them my confirmation email. They said that hotels.com "made the mistake" and did not add my name to all the rooms, so I couldn't check in to them. It was a huge hassle and I had to wait for a manager to come over.
All of the invoices for the rooms were incorrect, as they said we ate things at the minibar, which we did not. And a stranger added parking to one of our rooms, which also was wrong.
They charged me card, but also charged my friends cards at checkout, and that still hasn't cleared off my card yet.
Aside from this, the hotel itself is nice but the rooms and facilities are needing some updates. The TV in my room didnt work, and the fridge in another room didnt work....
