Would stay again but not on 9th floor
Stay was great my only complaints are the terraces on the 9th floor were not very private. Had people looking in our room on either side from connecting terraces. Plus our room 961 was right above the parking garage and heard loud noises from cars and trucks running over metal grates.

Great stay.

Enjoyed our stay
Loved the ambience of the hotel that it used to be a bank. We enjoyed the location giving us easy access to the Riverwalk and sidewalk. The staff were friendly, especially those who worked the kickback. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the people who left the luggage strollers in the elevator and hallways need to be hit in the side of the head for their laziness.

Excellent Hotel
The hotel was in a great location from places on the Riverwalk. Everything was within walking distance. Very clean, great staff. We used the valet parking which was nice.
