Our stay was average, not as good as I would have expected for an Omni. The AC was not operating correctly, even the engineer who came to check it acknowledged there seemed to be an issue but the only other room we were offered was right by the steer where there is high traffic noise at night. Valet took entirely too long, 30+ minutes at one point. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and we had to ask for more wash cloths both nights we were there. They only left two even though we were checked in with 3 people. The hot tub had caulk around it that was not dry and hot on our clothes. There was plenty of food and fun little amenities like racquetball, but not sure I would stay again.

Took a late anniversary trip. Always enjoy staying at the Omni. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only issue we had, with this stay, was the inconsiderate guests leaving their dogs in the rooms. The constant barking, whimpering and even some howling was not very peaceful. I love dogs, but if a person is not prepared to take care of them do not bring them.

Far below Omni standards.
Dogs in hotel rooms barking all night. Excessive external noise of cars and motorcycles. One escalator not working. Pool was void of water. Paid for the pool amenity and it was not available. Worn out furniture. Shower head was under 6ft and difficult to clean hair. Water pressure from shower head had excessive power. Location felt unsafe. Selected Omni based upon other Omni experiences. Based upon this experience, never again an Omni hotel. Nothing positive to report at this location. If you pick this location based upon experiences at other Omni locations, you will be disappointed.
