I stayed at this hotel in Punta Cana, and upon arrival, I was told that my Expedia reservation was not found. They charged me again (at a higher rate than what I had already paid), assuring me that the issue would be resolved the next day. The next day, during check-out, they told me that the money would be refunded to my card. This happened on May 14th, and as of today, August 23rd, I have called multiple times. However, the only people who answer are those at the reception, who say they need to transfer me to another department. I haven't been able to speak to anyone who can help because when they transfer me, no one picks up. One day, they said they would connect me with the assistant manager, but again, no one answered. Meanwhile, I have both the Expedia charge and the charge from the hotel, which I have already paid due to my credit card billing cycle, and I have received no response whatsoever.
