Venice, Verona, and Milan
The hotel was great for our stay and 3 minutes or so to the train station, but it was still very quiet. We used the train to go to Venice 2 days and one day each to Verona and Milan. The staff was friendly. The beds were quite firm though. The room had a water kettle and a coffee maker. We only ate breakfast there one day prior going to the airport and it was good and had a variety of food. Overall it was excellent for our needs although not luxurious.

Friendly and helpful reception
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Fillipo was good humoured and efficient at check-in. In the morning, the lady was also very kind and we left our bags while we were exploring Venice. We had to change our plans for our departure due to a train strike. We were welcome to stay in the lobby and use the free wifi to book a flixbus for the evening. There was free tea in the lobby too, which was nice after a long day. The train station (also buses and coaches) across the road and good restaurants very close by. Breakfast was buffet style, mainly sweet, but good quality. Nice coffee and scrambled eggs. We had superior triple room - comfy beds (the king size extra large), nespresso machine and complementary minibar. Odd that there was only two of everything (bathrobes, slippers, bath towels) but, as we arrived late and stayed only one night, we didn’t really need more. I’m sure they would have been offered if we’d asked. Thank you.

Great hotel location and easy transport links
Good location. Easy transport links into Venice with only €1.50 train ride to main Venice which is a 10 minute train ride. We also arrived by car so the hotel has a multi level car park which offer a discounted rate. Room we had was okay and comfortable. Friendly staff and extremely helpful too. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next trip back

I love this hotel/apartment! Our room was as big as an apartment with all the amenities! Love the kitchen and inside washer! The staff was excellent and professional! The rates compared to others is excellent! I can’t say more positive things about this place. Location is excellent in particular walking distance to Aldi grocery store! Just WOW!

Overall, it is a nice hotel—property is clean and in good location in terms of proximity to train station. Please be aware that the checkout is not noon as posted on the homepage of the hotel’s website…or else you will be met with rudeness… The gentleman at the front desk on our day of check out was rude—we arrived back to the hotel at 11:20 as we understood check out to be at noon per their website and then quickly had to retrieve our luggage due to a hearsay check out time of 11. The front desk staff member did not apologize to us, stating the website was in error and we should’ve known checkout to be “usually 11” I would look to stay at another hotel for better customer service
