Disappointed - overpriced
The hotel entrance and service is more like a 2 star hotel. I can’t believe they charged $800 to $1,000 per night and for this price, you get one tiny bottle of water (~8 oz) for two people. Bed was hard as a rock. Bathroom grout was black. No assistance with luggage and steps to get to registration desk. Entrance carpet is coming off in some places.

We picked Vincci Sonoma for one night stay to be close to the Winzik Center to watch a popular concert. The location is great, but the hotel let us down; the entrance is not particularly appealing and lacks security. The bedroom was small like any other average room in Europe. However, the shower had mold around the perimeter and that was unacceptable. We requested a new room and we were given one on the seven floor which was ok and available at the time, which bring us to the question: why would the hotel put us on a room with shower mold instead of the other available without it? I would not recommend this hotel. The only thing going for it, is location.

Poor service Madrid hotel.
Terrible hotel. Well positioned but poorly trained staff. I asked for some coffee creamer sachets and they promptly delivered a glass of lukewarm milk and charged me €7.5 Euros for it. I complained but they refused to take it off my bill. The room as small and at back of hotel with a view that was completely depressing - see picture. Avoid this pit at all costs.

Stayed at this hotel many times before when it was the Bauza. Not as great since it became a Vincci hotel but they’re trying. Stayed Nov 2022 in Oct, no AC, it was hot!!! And stuffy!!! No air movement. Horrible!!! But this last stay in May was nice. AC was working nicely. And reception was very welcoming in spite of having 50 plus tour groups checking in. Kudos to them!!!
