Wasn't Worth What I Paid & I Didn't Pay Much
Very basic. Did allow me to check in early but when I checked out, they had no record. I was recorded as a no show (still the promised rate). The room smelled like cleaning products - Very string . Left the fan on to hopefully clear the strong scent, didnt work. Beds were ok but sheets were not the best looking. Cupboard door was broken to fridge and heater was dusty. Couldnt turn it on as it smelled wosre than the vleaning scent. Should have asked for another room but it was a late. Breakfast options were limited, water was room temperature and unsure of how old each item was. Had breakfast across the street.

The room was clean when we went into the bathroom. We noticed the shampoo bottles were empty. The front desk did give us some more. But didn't apologize when we went down around 8:15. For the breakfast the area was very dirty and next to nothing was left. I had to ask for just a yogurt. There was garbage all over-the-counter. But for the price beds were comfortable. And that's all that mattered to me, we literally slept there..

The room smelled a little off and the jacuzzi didn't work. Thankfully there was another room available. The tv stopped working halfway through the stay and they couldn't fix it. There was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet didn't flush properly. The room itself was ok, some broken tiles around the tub. The breakfast was satisfactory but they only served powdered cream, very disappointing for the morning coffee.

Washroom not clean enough, TV doesn't work breakfast sucks, no egg no other options only breads butter and jam. Breakfast room very small and not enough room to sit and move around smaller then a guest room. Third world countries hotel's are better than the one. Disgrace to Canadian standard.

For those with less discerning taste.
Older hotel, with dated furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the hotwl is run down with a lot of damaged/malfunctioning items.......outlets, lights etc. Upon arriving, I witnessed others complaining to the staff about similar conditions. Hotel needs deep cleaning as tgere were lots of stains

We ended up in a room missing the headboard because hotel does not have elevator and member of our party had mobility issues . We asked for more linens because only two sets were provided and we were a party of four , but they had NONE! The free breakfast was disappointing as the cereal was stale and fruit was old . Orange juice tasted like water . Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

All in all it was as much as one could hope for when needing a last minute place to spend a night due to sudden changes in travel plans. The hotel was showing its age - carpeting was worn and torn in places, but overall the cleanliness was quite satisfactory. The bathroom was in good condition. Staff was courteous.
