Hotel staff member gracefully accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean, but could definitely use a few amenities/ upgrades. Carpets were worn, and bathroom didn’t have a venting fan. Would have also appreciated conditioner in the showers. Location though can’t be beat, as it’s very easy to walk to other casinos and the strip. Good selection of restaurants, coffee, etc

Revise the key card holder
I have no big complaints except on the key card holder, it should indicate whether the room is in the Resort Tower or Royal Tower. When you're lugging a bunch of stuff, you don't want to be walking around a lot looking for your room.
