Terrible Front Desk Service
Front desk service could be way better. Was greeted in my room by a super loud TV. Noticed the TV in the room next door was loud as well. Waited a couple hours (10pm) before I called front desk to get someone to check the room and was transferred to security - said they'd send someone up and no one came by. Called front desk an hour later and they said they'd send someone up - no one came by. Waited another hour and called front desk but Diamond Club picked up. Someone finally came by in 10 minutes. Shouldn't have taken 2 hours and 10 minutes from my first call to finally get someone to check in. Put a damper on my first night when I was already exhausted and was trying to get some sleep,

Stay was ok, not great.
Stay was just ok. Room was clean. Housekeeping only came 1 day out of a 4 night stay. We had 4 people in the room, but only started out with 3 bath towels. Since housekeeping only came in the 1st day, we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. We never had the "do not disturb" sign on our door, we didn't even have one in our room. The one time we ate on property was very expensive for casual fast serve food at the food court. Four slices of pizza and four sodas were $90. Recommend going out to eat somewhere else. Anywhere on the strip will be expensive, but you will have better food for the same price.overall, the property was clean. Nice location in the middle of the strip, convenient to other casinos, restaurants and activities.Woild have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep some water and drinks cool during our stay.

Overpriced and hidden fees
The rooms were subpar. Small and average cleanliness. The hidden parking amd resort fees are very frustrating. Why not just include that in the price of the room so you don't think youre getting a "good deal". Overpriced in my opinion.

Great views, easy check-in/out and clean
We had a great room (29041) with a view of the Sphere and High Roller. Thank goodness we had such a great view as I tripped on December 23rd and hurt myself badly. We ended up having to stay in our room for the duration of our trip. Our only complaint was the lack of a door or curtain on our shower which resulted in a wet and slippery floor. Our housekeeper spoke about curtains being added in other parts of the hotel. I think you need to make this a priority.
