Cold winter’s nite
On the plus side: Proximity to train station was excellent. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.
On the negative side: We had a corner unit on a very cold winter night. In order to get the room to a constant 68-70 degree temp, we had to turn the thermostat to 77 degrees and keep it there throughout the night. Apparently the unit should have had 2 chairs, but there was only one. The other (which should have been in the corner) was not in the room,

Our room was clean and the stuff was super nice. We got back from the macy day parade and the front desk was so kind to the kids and gave them warm cookies. Check in and check out was easy and quick.

No... Just No.
Customer service is not on priority. The main entrance door will not open. I waved at the guard who was on his phone so he can unlock the door. He didn't I then pressed the buzzer and only then i got his attention. I called him out about not paying attention to the ins and out of the property. Check in was slower than a turtle. The guy was about to end his shift and the new desk agent was punching in. Transition was a lot of talk and didn't care much that there were 3 of us waiting to get checked in. Check out was the worst. She would not even look up to acknowledge that I am checking out. I had to ask if it is ok for me to ask for my folio to be sent to my email. She snapped at me saying there is nothing to send out because my reservations was prepaid. I told her I had room charges that was why I wanted the folio. And she realized and poutingly said ok. Unbelievable!
