The air conditioning did not work so was unable to heat cabin. Not ideal in the middle of winter and having small children. Due to the air con not working properly, upon waking in the morning the floors were covered in water from condensation and everything was damp. Also on top of this the hot water system outside the bedroom window keep filling up and heating every half an hour during the night keeping us awake all night. Worst stay ever at a big 4 and the managers were not helpful at all and did not help in anyway to compensate. Biggest waste of money!

Units were exceptionally clean. They are however quite old, and the age shows with warped flooring, and shower cubicle that needs replacing. The playground has a great jumping pillow, that’s it. There is a run down and broken cubby, but no other playground or climbing equipment. The buggies for hire were great and priced perfectly. The communal area was clean except for the bean bags which definitely need a deep clean. Overall cleanliness of unit was excellent. Great if you’re in town for something specific, Not a destination to go to otherwise as there is. It enough for kids in comparison to other camp grounds.

I was about annoyed that they advertise that the spa is working and heated pool as they are broken so it’s very cold I wouldn’t have stayed and there are no toilets that everyone can get changed at at pool or anywhere near bbqs

The cabin and the park were clean and the gardens were pretty. The pool was well maintained although there was no slide. An easy walk to the local shops for supplies and being central to everything we had to do in Toowoomba was great.
