The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Location is perfect, and for the price it's a good choice, as it's relatively cheap, considering the location. But.... The hotel is old, outdated. Wifi in the room was bad, and after spending a few hours on the phone, trying to get a person instead of a virtual assistant, we gave up. Shower had little pressure. Rooms are outdated, mattress was too old, only one pillow a person, which was a hard high pillow, no coffee maker, and a regular small cup of coffee at Starbucks was $8.
The parking structure was too small, so one night after a day of visiting Grand Canyon, we drove around the parking structure fighting for a spot for a whole hour. My husband wanted to give up after 20 minutes, but the kids made it their mission to find us a spot, so we went with their enthusiasm and persevered...
Again, if not for the perfect location, across from Ceasar's Palace and Bellagio, I would give the hotel one star.
