"Aux Charmes was our stopover the night before crossing from Calais on our way home to Scotland. We have stayed in several locations whilst making our road trips and Boulogne Sur Mer has become our preferred place to enjoy a last evening on the Mainland! Aux Charmes has been a great find. "Probably ok for a one night stay. We got woken up at 1:30 in the morning by a tap running water vibrating like mad for about 30 minutes and then same happened again after about half an hour. Nobody is available after 7 pm. Breakfast is definitely not worth it. The smallest croissants in the world. They are frozen and just warmed up in the morning. The bed was really uncomfortable and every time you moved the bed squeaks like mad. Foul smell in the bathroom and the extractor fan only worked now...
