"The junior suite room was perfect for our needs since we brought along our dachshunds with us. The outer door went straight to a large grass area which made it super easy to take them out potty. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind, and helpful. Would love for the attached tasting rooms to increase patio options so we could have utilized them with our dogs, only 1 of the 4 was welcoming to us, which was a bummer in a dog friendly hotel. Overall, we loved the hotel so much we already booked our next visit in a few months. "

"We came for medical reasons and needed a good night sleep prior to surgery. The bed in room 321 was sooooo noisy. It is like it doesn't fit on the base. Every little movement made the bed groan and squeek. I called and asked for another room for night # 2. Hopeful that we can move easily today before medical appointment. Toilet seat broke and very dirty under hardware. No body soap in shower dispenser. "

"This place I’ve stayed here many times, and the room is always clean and the amenities are clean and the extra towels are great. However, the customer service from every staff member including the owner they treat me like I am a family member. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home at a motel. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and how you have treated me with such kindness and respect. Total professionalism comes from everyone and Kelly the night I got there which was at midnight something went wrong with my credit card and they made sure I had a place and overlooked it so I could fix the issue the next morning. Amazing most would turn you away not these amazing people.. thank you all for everything. "
