"Despite the people working there are nice, it is very difficult to get the reception which was open only until 4.00pm and closed during the weekend... so if you have an issue and you need help, it is complicated.

"Almost excellent, but a couple of things lead to this being a four star review rather than five. It is a lovely modern property in a good location. The adjoining hotel has a pleasant restaurant, bakery and swimming pool.
The accommodation itself was very well presented, modern, with a spacious living area.
The two "buts", were, first, the automated check in. No one to greet you; cut your own keys and the struggle to locate that apartment in the dark and knee deep snow!
