"This was our fourth or fifth stay at this resort. Since our previous visit was over ten years ago, we expected some post-Covid decline in service and quality, as has been common across many mid-range resorts. We were pleasantly surprised that Bahia Principe in Riviera Maya has largely avoided this. The food remains plentiful and just as good as it was 15 years ago, and the staff is as friendly as ever. Beyond the human factor, the location is excellent, with easy access to nearby ruins in Tulum and worthwhile trips to Cobá and Chichén Itzá. Three people in particular made our stay even better. Nathaneal upgraded us to a lovely renovated room. Rosaura and Leidy stood out among an already strong buffet restaurant team for their attentiveness — from remembering our usual order to noticing when my wife missed dinner one evening and asking after her when I arrived alone (she was unwell). These gestures are small, but kind, and they add a welcome human touch to an otherwise fleeting guest–staff relationship."

" We had attended Hydro Therepy at the Spa, however there were a lot of showers not working. The couple's massage at the beach was wonderful! No matter at which restaurant we ate at the food was great! The shows were amazing. Lots of places to eat and drink. The weather was good! We had fabulous vacation. "

A very lively nightlife, we never had to look hard for live music or entertainment! Will definitely be coming back next year. 10/10"

"Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "

"View was spectacular. Very walkable area with some restaurants and shopping. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Clean. Main issue was the seaweed smell which was plaguing the coast while we were visiting. Well, it didn’t bother me so much but it did my companions. "
