Beautiful grounds
The grounds were beautiful. Use the beach by the Akumal resort. Being water shoes there were a lot of rocks. The pools were nice. They had plenty of chairs. The kids area was great. The staff except for some at the front desk were nice. The shuttles ran like public transportation sometimes there was no wait sometimes you waited a long time. I could always find something delicious at the buffets. They had a lot of options and every condiment or sauce you could wait. The app was not good. The rooms at Tulum were just ok. The shower was not private. I wouldn't go there if you like privacy when you get in and out of the shower. The price was good. Overall I had a pleasant time and am glad we stayed there.

Grand Time at Grand Tulum!
Great stay w/ my girlfriend. They even brought a bottle of champagne to the room for her birthday. Loved the fact that there were several different pool locations. Some louder/more activities and others with less traffic and more quiet. Would definitely return in the future.
