Not much to see around here

Great bathroom and conveniently located close to the station. Room was spacious enough and bed was good. Overall enjoyed our short stay!

The staff and the bathing facilities were outstanding. My only problem was that I booked a Japanese style with city view and got a tiny western room with no view, opaque window no view. Language barrier didn’t allow me to sort it out. This may have an Expedia problem or misunderstanding at the time of booking who knows. This did spoil the stay a little, however everything else was excellent

A beautiful hotel with traditional Japanese style rooms and access to a hot spring. The rooms were spotless and the bed really comfortable. We stayed for several nights and explored the beautiful surrounds of Yamaguchi. I recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area.

Large, new room for the price range. Really close to station and bus terminal. Quiet. All non-smoking rooms. Swipe to floor level security. Needs better pillows and hooks for hanging items.

Very helpful staff

Loved the location 5 minute walk from the Kokura Station on the quiet North side of the station, use the escalators to get down the street level with luggage. Supermarket in Basement of the station also in Saint City building and a convenience store opposite the hotel. Saizeriya Restaurant just a 5 minute walk in the same street as the hotel with cheap hot meals and wine. Tourist Information was so helpful at the station with maps and suggestions

Room was a little worn out but actually lended to the old European style they were going for, garden view from room was pretty good but very nice from the all-day restaurant during breakfast buffer (which also had a great selection of Japanese and Western food), would be good if they had a coin laundry available rather than or additional to the pay per item wet or dry clean

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location next to Shin-Yamaguchi Station. I recommend staying here 👍
