"This was the best stay of my 20-day trip through Italy. The hotel is directly in front of a ferry stop, which made things so easy when we first arrived. I was travelling with my mom, and while we managed ok in more distant rentals in Venice, I wish we had stayed here for the entire trip. The room was clean, so comfortable and attractively finished. The staff couldn't have been more wonderful! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with lots of variety. And, the hotel's boat shuttle to the airport...

"Incredible staff who helped with every question and piece of advice we needed. They also arranged transport for us a few times. The Butler service was quick and handled everything we requested. Felt like a luxury cocoon in Venice. Location is great since it's near St Marks yet feels like a world away and is very quiet."
