"This is our second stay at a Barcelò hotel and a second excellent trip. We had an excellent stay at the Umbria Mar! The view from our terrace was an outstanding see view with plenty of space to move around. Although the bathroom area could be updated, the whole room was very spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. All the amenities were spot on with a good size swimming pool, the most number of sunbeds I have ever seen at an hotel and the staff were incredible. Plenty of entertainment...

"The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen was a big plus. The pool area was great for adults and kids. The hotel itself is due for some updates and care. Equipment in need of an update so there really is not much of a gym."

"Staff friendly but the rooms are becoming very dated and when you look closely all areas of the resort are looking tired and in need of a refresh. Had to repeatedly ask for refreshments to be topped up.
However the food was ok, not amazing but plenty of choice, the wine choice is very limited and over priced 3 x that of supermarket prices.

place to stay, i don’t play golf but I found the golf course fascinating and massive. I feel that water should be given during meals rather than making us to buy water at every meal time, also only one complimentary water was given on our arrival and no more afterwards. The
