Great hotel with lots of food and drink nearby and close to the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me locate some personal belongings I left behind and really went out of their way to make sure I was able to retrieve them. Special thanks to Patricia and Miriam.

This property has had lots of thought put into its design and the sort expectations kids big and small have when they go on holidays it’s qwerky, challenging, smart, alternative design, but everything works works well and is safe. One exception is a glass door closing off a hallway which does not have a marker to help visitors’detect’ when it’s closed!!!!

Check-in and out efficient. Situated very close to station. Railway was right outside my window and I could hear the train during the night, but it was no louder than my iPhone buzzing. Breakfast was excellent. Only minus was the room service knocking at 9 am to confirm I was checking out. Made me feel rushed.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are large and luxuriously decorated, with extra large beds. One of the best properties of our trip. Could not recommend highly enough for a great stay in Hamburg. 5 stars for sure!

Great hotel. Minibar included in rate as dining room under renovation. Area not so nice, but not an issue and the 11th floor bar was affordable and has a 5 star view!

The staff were very helpful

Very enjoyable. Found staff most helpful as unable to speak German, also for helping us find the places we wished to visit. Would stay again and hope to return before too long.

This was our second visit to NH Hamburg Altona. We had the same room and were delighted to see the “welcome back” message written on the bathroom door and the fruit basket on the table. Thank you to the person(s) who was so thoughtful! Our room was clean and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was really good. The staff were professional and the food excellent, making a quality experience.

The only issue I have is the lack of friendliness with a couple of staff members, well one in particular. In all other aspects we were very happy with the Hotel and our stay.

Property was amazing- good size rooms- friendly staff and Easy Access to Transport- u need to be aware you are in Reeperbahn and all that entails.

Lovely hotel friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Beds comfortable. Easy walk from central train station. Good supermarket nearby.
