"The place and people were very accommodating, we wanted to change rooms to a balcony and they immediately accommodated us, the weather was great in Villa de Leyva so we left our balcony door open which was a bad choice on the weekends, but the staff were over the tip"

"The hotel is colonial type beautiful hotel. Very very nice interior areas. Room was very comfortable. Limited electrical outlets. Room are around an interior patio the issue is that you can hear every one talking at any hour. I would suggest the hotel management ask their employees to keep their conversations at low volume. Overall it was a great stay and location is prime right on the major plaza. Would stay here again!!"
