RUN AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE
Hotels.com failed us all on this one by keeping that horrendous hotel in their listing. Management is incredibly mean and entitled, staff/management are completely unhelpful and have no sympathy whatsoever. "Hospitality" loses all meaning when handled by such people. As an avid traveller, I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and care for the customer. That is a 3 stars hotel ? What a joke. Run.

Nice stay.
Lovely room, quick and easy check in. Nice and tidy and quiet. Located close to most things and 10 minute walk from train station. Only down fall was breakfast is £8.50 and I don’t think it’s worth that, the hot food didn’t look appetising at all, so just had toast and coffee. I got breakfast with the room though so I can’t complain but if I had to pay it, it wouldn’t have been worth the price. Over all very nice hotel and would go back due to its location.
