Two suggestions :-
1) Based on request only, water bottle and towels has been refilled and replaced. Its better to do by themselves.
2) Being a Tourist spot, it would be helpful - if reception people can talk in English."

"Recently returned from a fabulous stay at Aydinbey Famous resort. Extremely pleased with the staff and the stay. Location is perfect with easy access to the beach. Resort pools are nice and pool benches were adequate even during busy times. We checked in at 11pm and could see so many children just running around freely in the night and that was enough proof for a family friendly resort for us. There is a late night buffet which is decent enough for a buffet at 11pm.
