"We could have a great view of Mt. Asama early in the morning. Mt. Asama illuminated by the morning sun was majestic. Also, the hot spring in the hotel was nice."

"Clean modern hotel with its own personal bath in the room. Sadly the customers do not wear clothes and are naked in the communal bath and not modest . The bath in the room provides a very good alternative. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it seemed pretty lavish. I would strongly recommend this hotel."

"Wonderful hotel with a delightful owner and manager. Warm and cozy bar-restaurant with great full-course meals, a nice deck to soak in the sun, and walkable (20 min) to the terrace and forest reserve. Beautiful location in autumn. "

We were assigned to a room upstairs, and they helped us to pick up the luggage, and care us about the cold weather.
Although you need around 10 min walk from JR Karuizawa station, they may offer you a ride if they are free.

Our room got inadequate power socket. Although you may ask for borrow power supply, it would be even better if they can actively offer the power supply for customers with...
