"It's a perfect vacation hotel at Sun Moon Lake area. It offers everything my daughter likes: pools, jacuzzi, hot spring, and even in-room hot spring like bath tub. No complain at all with the hotel and will definitely come again if visiting Sun Moon Lake in the future."

The bar is closed 5-8pm which we found super puzzling and didn’t know until we showed up at 5pm for a cocktail. Never heard of that at a hotel before. No food or drink service at the pool - also seems unusual for such a high end hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience! "

inside the rooms. The hotel is not far from some restaurant and shops and it's perfect for a short walk! The staffs were very nice and were willing to help out. Breakfast was good. We will recommend friends and families the Fuli Hot Speing Hotel for sure!"

As mentioned, the hotel was built a while ago, so those who need a lot of sockets to charge their electronic devices might have to make choices. There is a kettle to boil water to use the complimentary tea and coffee bags, but no cups, just glasses. I found that a little odd. Breakfast is adequate, but geared towards Asian tourists.
