"Once the desk clerk finally got to the counter, he was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately when we got to the room the floor was unswept and the room/hotel condition was not great. Looked like water damage on the walls and doors. Chain lock in door was broken and the dead bolt was dismantled. Only door knob lock worked. Definitely needs to be renovated or fixed up.
